We have a radical need of others, not only to love or to be loved by them, but to learn from them. We are put to a particular test by values —accepting or rejecting them— when we meet them present in others, by whom they are both incarnated and personalized. "Incarnated" values: with the advantage of the concrete form this takes, and with the limitations that any particular human presentation of a value inevitably offers.

However, what is disappearing from our lives is solitude.

Comunicar es dirigir y por tanto, aportar visión y esperanza, lograr que las personas se comprometan y den su vida, en este caso lograr que la fe vuelva a vivirse y Dios esté presente. En este sentido, se puede decir que los problemas de comunicación de la fe suelen ser también problemas de fe.

He oversees the HVLI network and offers the Virtuous Leadership seminars to business executives, educators, public officials, and MBA students and consults with some of the largest international corporations around the world. Alexandre Havard is the author of Virtuous Leadership: An Agenda for Personal Excellence, which was published in New York by Scepter Publishers in 2007. The book is in its fourth printing in English, it has been translated into 13 other languages, including Chinese, Russian, French, Polish and Spanish.

El profesor del IESE Pablo Cardona, analiza en esta entrevista las dimensiones del conflicto. Según cuenta el profesor, el conflicto se divide en la dimensión "racional", que tiene que ver con la falta de alineamiento en las ideas, y la dimensión "emocional", que abarca ya no las ideas sino la confianza entre las partes. En la mayoría de ocasiones, estas dimensiones van unidas y en su opinión esto complica el proceso de resolución de un conflicto. El profesor de Dirección de Personas en las Organizaciones considera que el conflicto ayuda a "avanzar, a replantearse, a buscar soluciones más creativas", sobre todo cuando se trata de un conflicto más racional. Cuando la dimensión afectada es la emocional, una buena solución del conflicto puede ayudar a aprender a perdonar, a conocer las limitaciones mutuas e incluso a "entendernos mejor y querernos más". El profesor de Dirección de Personas en las Organizaciones considera que el conflicto ayuda a "avanzar, a replantearse, a buscar soluciones más creativas", sobre todo cuando se trata de un conflicto más racional. I giorni che abbiamo trascorso in Abruzzo sono stati divisi tra incontri, seminari e tempo da trascorrere accanto ai bambini e agli anziani, le due fasce più fragili della popolazione.
